Kelly Aluise is proud to hang her license with Equity Union Real Estate on the Westside of Los Angeles! Kelly and her business partner, Steffanie Cohen, formed the Advantage Real Estate Team in 2024 and haven’t looked back since.
Kelly was born and raised on the East Coast, and to this day she uses the same discipline she used when training to be a ballerina at Juilliard to hone her skills as a real estate specialist in Los Angeles. For the past 20 years, Kelly has helped prominent clientele acquire or sell properties within the Westside communities of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Culver City, and Westwood.
Kelly accurately addresses each critical issue from staging to disclosures when listing a property to secure full price and often above asking price offers. In 2014, Kelly took the initiative to acquire her Broker’s license to face each real estate transaction with a deeper understanding of the legal intricacies, historical experiences, and financial aspects that could impact her clients.
