I am dedicated to helping each client achieve real estate success, one exceptional experience at a time. Real estate is not a property business, it's a people business. My team is structured to help each client professionally navigate the process of buying, selling or investing in real estate.
Some people have complicated real estate transactions due to distress such as divorce, probate, loss of a job or having to deal with an aging parent. Some people just want a bigger back yard. Or a higher return on their equity. Each requires an experienced team of creative problem solvers with a serious arsenal of sophisticated tools.
I am also a partner in Capital Stack Investments. CAPITAL STACK is a private equity real estate investment firm that provides opportunities in high-quality, asset-backed, real estate development. In my spare time, I am a proud board member for the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation. I also co-run FIBI, the largest real estate investment club in Southern California. I'm an avid networker and have built a serious roleadex, or whatever they call those now. I love to hike and I am a damn good cook.
