Licensed in California since the early 2000s, Eric built his foundation at Coldwell Banker - Sunset Strip, where he spent five formative years under the mentorship of industry veteran Fran Hughes, a respected professional with more than 40 years of experience. That early guidance instilled in him the discipline, market knowledge, and client-first philosophy that continue to define his career today.
After establishing a strong track record, Eric joined Keller Williams - Hollywood Hills, where he had been a dedicated agent for nearly 19 years. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented buyers, sellers, and renters across a wide spectrum of property types and price points.
